Delivery processing time

For products fulfilled by Casero Needs, all orders are processed within 4-5 days. We deliver 6 days a week (except Sunday and on national holidays and major festivals). Delivery might be delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions or traffic movement restrictions.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order confirmation and shipment tracking

For products shipped by Casero Needs, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can contact our customer support for tracking id and we'll share the same if available.

Please note that we may call or message our customers on the given contact details in case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders before shipping the product(s). We request you provide a working phone number and email ID and support our executive.
